I doubt its what you are eating and its very, very, very unlikely to be anything serious if you are 14 (as diseases like colon cancer tend to affect people who are 60 or older), but still worth asking your mum to make an appointment.

This is something you need to discuss with your own doctor, some one who knows your own medical history and who will have an idea if a tear has reopened or what you should do next.

I had a poo this evening and I noticed blood on it, and on the tissue, I got worried . Is this serious? this was the 2nd time . About 4 weeks ago, theres a blood on my poo, I thought because I ate beetroot crisps. Please, give me an advice about this . Is this serious? Thank You

You should go and speak to your doctor, in person. Especially as this has been happening for a couple of months. If you don't want to talk about it, print out this post and show it to them, or just write it down on a bit of paper. It's probably not serious, but you NEED to get this checked out by a GP/doctor so you know for sure.
