This post is about the Relay for Life, in Huntly happening this weekend, (from noon on Saturday the 27th of June to noon on Sunday the 28th of June 2009). Please come and support the event, it will be a lot of fun.

| 8:30am to 10am | Teams can set up their tents |
| 10:30am | Entrance should be cleared |
| 11am | Guests of Honour (survivors) should arrive |
| 11:45am | Teams and Guests should go to the track |
| 12-12:30pm | Lap of Honour Ceremony |
| 13;40pm | Three legged race |
| 14:45pm | Obstacle race |
| 15:45pm | Boys sack race |
| 17:40pm | “Look after no. 1″ race |
| 17:45pm | Catch the train |
| 11pm-12:10am | Candle of Hope Ceremony |

| 12:10am | Public leave the grounds, teams remain! |
| 6:00am | Pajama race and breakfast |
| 7:00am | Aerobic Warm Up |
| 11:15am | Relay Conga |
| 11:45am | Closing Ceremony |
