Relay for Life Huntly 2009 – Programme of Events

walking-people-webThis post is about the Relay for Life, in Huntly happening this weekend, (from noon on Saturday the 27th of June to noon on Sunday the 28th of June 2009). Please come and support the event, it will be a lot of fun.

Programme for Huntly Relay for Life 2009

Saturday 27th June 2009
8:30am to 10am Teams can set up their tents
10:30am Entrance should be cleared
11am Guests of Honour (survivors) should arrive
11:45am Teams and Guests should go to the track
12-12:30pm Lap of Honour Ceremony
13;40pm Three legged race
14:45pm Obstacle race
15:45pm Boys sack race
17:40pm “Look after no. 1″ race
17:45pm Catch the train
11pm-12:10am Candle of Hope Ceremony

Sunday 28th June 2009
12:10am Public leave the grounds, teams remain!
6:00am Pajama race and breakfast
7:00am Aerobic Warm Up
11:15am Relay Conga
11:45am Closing Ceremony
12:00pm Event Ends


Programmes will be available on the day.  As well as the activities there is a whole host of entertainment.  Their will be special guest appearances from:
