This coming Saturday (the 16th of May 2009), Robert Gordon University will be hosting a course for fitness instructors on “Exercise Guidelines for Cancer Survivors” at a cost of £85.00 a session.

The course is being run by a company called “Cancer Rehabilitation“, I have no experience of their courses, but they run them up and down the country (some are aimed at health professionals others at fitness instructors). You can find a list of their course venues and dates on their website. There is also some information on the “Friends of Anchor” website.
